After speaking to a friend about what I'd read, I went back to find it and it IS "findable" using Google--first listing for "organ adoptions." Unfortunately, it is still up and running. Another site that came up described Romania's efforts to control adoptions of their children because of organ harvesting! The site is the creepiest thing I’ve seen.
